First.. TGIM! It is a GREAT DAY TO BE ALIVE right?? :) I want to update with pics, but will have to post the finale when it is finished this weekend. ...Project Bath.. I bet you are curious as to what that entails... the LONG awaited trek to home depot in search for the tile, counter, bathtub, grout, sealer, and wall color to complete the last major project in our house. The guest bathroom!
Yes, my fellow blog readers, friends, family, and stalkers project bath is fully underway. A) Bathroom was demolished and gutted on Friday night. After a 3 hour trip to Home Depot on Saturday, we returned with an entire bath remodel..(well at least the supplies) ...
B) The bath must be complete by the weekend of the 1st for Jay and Lisa's arrival, so we will be working in all of our spare time to finish!! :) I am thrilled to have a nice new iron tub in the bath. Just scraping the 100 year old peel and stick from the toilet room makes all the difference in the world also. The trim of course is done already and the cabinets have been painted. We have the tub installed and backer board up..
C) The kids are quite impressed with the brand new makings of their bathroom and even more excited that it is coming together in the very near future.
So, that is my weekend.. I cooked a recipe of stuffed green peppers that were delicious. :)
Well, I am off to see the "wizard"
